Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Acceptance and Who We Are

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Hlla AI (Arabic brand: حلّه), available at https://hlla.ai and through our iOS and Android apps (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Mohammad Dabash for Electronic Marketing, Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides multi-model AI chat and related features, including web search with cited sources, image generation, Deep Research reports, voice calls and dictation, file and photo attachments, Projects, Library, Memory, Import Data, and Work mode — where a task you describe is carried out step by step, unattended, and can produce documents, spreadsheets and images.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You can reach us at support@7le.ai.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Purchasing a paid subscription requires that you are 18 or older, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Plans, Points Allowance, and Billing

  • The Service includes a permanent Free plan with a daily points allowance.
  • Paid plans — Pro ($14.99) and Max ($29.99) on the website and the Android app, each billed every 30 days — raise the daily allowance and unlock additional models. Prices are published in US dollars; where your device locale is Jordan the charge is taken in Jordanian dinars, converted at a fixed rate.
  • A request costs a fixed number of points, set in advance by what you asked for — the kind of request, the model you picked, and how much you sent. The same request always costs the same, whatever it costs us to run and whichever provider serves it. Some features also have their own ceiling inside your allowance. Free allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC; paid plan allowances reset monthly.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Payments are processed by PayTabs, our payment service provider; your card details never touch our servers.
  • If a renewal charge fails, or no valid payment method is saved, the account moves to a payment-overdue state: it keeps working on the Free plan's daily allowance and free models, and the paid models stay locked until a payment succeeds. The account is not closed and nothing is deleted.
  • Prices may change. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect, and each renewal is billed at the price published at the time of renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan — your account is never locked.
  • Beyond the points allowance, some features carry their own daily cap that applies even when you still have points: image generation, Deep Research, and the number of Work mode tasks you can start in a day are the ones in force today. The Help Center lists the caps in force; Settings shows your usage against the ones it tracks. They may change as costs change.
  • A Work mode task spends points step by step against a budget set for that task, and stops when it reaches that budget or when your daily allowance runs out. Points already spent by a task are not returned if you cancel it.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
  • create, request, or share child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
  • engage in harassment or incitement to violence or hatred;
  • create malware, or attack, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, points metering, or access controls;
  • scrape or extract data from the Service beyond your own individual use;
  • resell Service outputs as a competing AI service;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

Your use of the Service must also comply with the usage policies of the upstream model providers described in Section 7.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("inputs"). To the extent we hold any rights in the responses generated for you ("outputs"), we assign those rights to you.

Files the Service generates for you — including the documents, spreadsheets and images a Work mode task produces — are outputs, and the assignment above covers them.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and store your content — including conversations, uploaded files, projects, memories, imported data, and the tasks you describe in Work mode together with the files those tasks produce — solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. If Memory is enabled, the Service extracts facts from your messages to personalize replies; you can view, edit, or delete individual memories, disable Memory entirely, or use Temporary Chat, which is not saved and never touches Memory.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. Our brand, logo, and software remain our property; these Terms grant you no rights in them.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service generates answers using artificial intelligence models. Answers can be wrong, outdated, or biased, and cited sources should be checked before you rely on them. Outputs are not professional advice — including medical, legal, or financial advice — and you are responsible for how you use them.

7. Third-Party Models and Providers

The Service is built on third-party AI models. The content needed to answer you — message text, attachments, and audio for transcription — is sent to the AI provider serving that reply: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Groq, Moonshot AI, Alibaba Cloud, or DeepInfra, depending on the model you choose or on automatic routing. We never send your email address or account identifiers to AI providers. Along with the content needed to answer, we send what Memory holds about you, which can include the name you asked us to be called by; disabling Memory, or using Temporary Chat, stops that.

Work mode uses the same providers, and the same web search and page-extraction services, but a single task calls them repeatedly and unattended: at each step it sends the objective you wrote and the output of the earlier steps, and it keeps working after you close the app.

Some models (such as DeepSeek, Kimi, and Qwen) are operated by companies whose infrastructure may be located in other jurisdictions, including China. Choosing those models sends your conversation content to those jurisdictions.

Connected apps are a different relationship, because you choose them. When you connect an outside account from Settings, you authorise us to use that account on your behalf, within the permissions you granted and only while carrying out a request that needs it. Your agreement with that provider still governs the account, and their limits apply to what we can do with it; you are responsible for having the right to connect the account and for what is done through it. Actions that change something in a connected account are never taken automatically — you approve each one — and disconnecting from Settings ends our access. We are not responsible for a connected provider's own availability, or for content we read from it.

Each provider applies its own usage policies, and your use of the Service must comply with them.

To keep costs down and answers fast, the Service may reuse the answer to a general, standalone question for other users asking the same thing, through a shared cache that stores no account identifier. It is described in section 2 of the Privacy Policy and can be switched off under Settings → Data controls.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Features, models, and limits may change or be discontinued as the Service evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by email or in-app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Cancelling a paid subscription is not termination — your account simply returns to the Free plan.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can permanently delete your account from the app (Settings → Data controls → Delete account, confirmed by typing DELETE FOREVER) — deletion is immediate and irreversible, and the email address is added to a permanent block list so it can never be used to register again — or by emailing support@7le.ai, in which case deletion is completed within 30 days. In both cases: your conversations, files, memories, projects, and Work mode tasks — including the files those tasks produced — are erased, while invoices and billing records are retained where required by law.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or, if you have paid nothing, at USD 30.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised.

15. Severability, Entire Agreement, and Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact support@7le.ai. Mohammad Dabash for Electronic Marketing, Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Hlla AI Employee: authorization and limits

Employee is optional and requires active Max access, enabled platform connections and the applicable setup configuration. It is not activated by an ordinary Connected apps permission. You must be authorized to connect the business account and process the customer messages or documents you select. You approve the business guide, permitted tools and the assisted or autonomous mode for each channel before activation.

Assisted mode requires your approval before a prepared reply is sent. In autonomous mode the employee may respond and perform permitted routine actions from our servers while you are offline, within the policy you approved. Consequential actions requiring a concrete approval cannot proceed without it. You remain responsible for keeping business facts and permissions accurate and for handling conversations referred to you; AI output may be wrong. The customer must be informed that the responder is an AI assistant and can request a human.

Runtime work uses the same authoritative Auto allowance as your other Auto usage, subject to your Employee spending ceiling and existing plan limits. It is not a separate funded wallet or unlimited automation allowance. Initial setup has a separate bounded funding policy and cannot start paid analysis without the required configuration; this clause does not introduce a new fee or an unapproved free allowance. Ordinary dashboard reads, credential management, pause and purely manual replies are not AI usage.

You may pause, take over, disconnect, export or delete Employee data, including after Max expires. Pause or revocation blocks new automated actions, but cannot undo an external operation already sent. An uncertain result is retained for reconciliation rather than blindly repeated or assumed to justify a charge or release. Deletion does not cancel a subscription or refund payment and retains the minimum economic and security evidence described in the Privacy Policy. Platform messaging windows, permissions and rate limits still apply; connection and rehearsal do not guarantee delivery, complete history, uninterrupted service or Meta approval.
